2. It is a big problem when our card is locked. It says that enter the PUK code, and if you enter the wrong code 3 times then your card will be rejected form the company and the card lock's so you need new card and wasting money after card.

So I brought the way for the BSNL users .

Just follow this steps.

            1. Call to costumer care by the phone which has BSNL sim card.

            2. Then they will ask you for your name, birth date, mobile No. 

            3. After you had given this all thing to the  person who you are talking to. Then he will verify that information. And he will give PUK code.
